just wondering there is a forum just for trading or if trading is allow here, if so how do you go about trading
sorry i am new here and am looking to grow my son's collection

To clarify, there are forums for buy/sell/trade, but those forums aren't here, nor are folks really allowed to "advertize" them.

The owner of these forums, dark52, does not allow folks to buy/sell/trade on his forums for unknown reasons.

I'm sure some kind folks will probably PM you with a few other sites that do allow b/s/t of figures though. smilie

Can't comment on what other people do but since I just started collecting about a month ago, I've been trawling stores for leftovers/end caps, clearance deals, hidden figures, and then lurking all over Ebay for good deals. Stuff is out there if you look hard enough.

Today on Ebay I scored a ghost roaster set for $30 including shipping. Previous auctions were ending closer to double that in the past week. TRU is still selling legendary giants on their website, although I had to pitch a fit with customer service after they shipped the wrong items. Silver lining was that I learned, if an item costs less than $15, TRU won't make you ship it back. You get to keep the wrong item and they still send you a new one.

One more thing to mention: It has been stated before that you can mention what you have to trade, or are seeking in your signature line. That seems to be OK, and has worked out very well for me in the past.
