For those who can't seem to work it, here's how it, well, works:

Use the headbutt on an enemy to make the link. When the link line itself touches a different enemy, it'll deal like 50-60 damage and launch them if they can be. For the enemy where the link is coming from, they'll take 10-15% more damage from any attack that comes from roller brawl until the link expires(sadly, other skylanders don't benifit from it, though she'd be so broken in 2 player mode if that were the case so...)
