weird symbols in 3ds swapforce. [CLOSED]

Anyone know what these are in 3ds swapforce they just sit in the bottom corner of the screen...

Is that the 3D screen? and is it allways there?

but I do have a therory... because that's the location where it shows the pic of the magic item. So for starters are you using a magic item? if not then perhaps that's what's there if you don't use one. Also it could be a smimple image glitch because that's the location for the magic item.

Yeah I have a sidekick loaded,i didn't think of that...I had Wisper elf loaded,I loaded eyesmall and it went away.

ah... well that's probally it then. A simply graphic clitch... though now I'm curious about what sidekicks do in the game.

Three things: I have the 3DS version, the sidekicks don't count as magic items in the game, and the magic items would normally be in that spot.

From what Mega dozer said, it sounds liek the sidekicks were some how interfereing with image that'd normally go there.

I don't have any so I don't really know. Check the options menu maybe there's an option for it.

I don't think we can unload them...I don't know how and all my mini's make the symbol's show,Ive gotten more hats and the symbols have gotten longer it seems.

Judging by what graphic ends up there, I have a hunch that immediately after or before the magic items in video memory, there's the font.

In the original Mario for the NES if you got more than 9 lives you would be greeted with a block of graphics in the tens place instead of numbers. The game code keep incrementing that particular spot, changing to the next graphical data after the next. A similar thing is happening here since there is not a catch to not display a graphic for the pets.

I'm curious to know if any other magic items cause this...I know attempting to use a Swap Force magic item in giants 3DS causes a confirmed read, then a demonstration of 'nothing' (literally nothing where there would otherwise be a character or item), and the 'change' is reverted.

Same thing happens with the Missingno Glitch in Pokemon Red and Blue.
