With the next gen consoles coming out in a few weeks I'm just wondering who is picking one (or both) up?

I've pre-ordered a PS4 and an Xbox One with Gamestop. I was going to pick up Infamous: Second Son for the PS4 and Ryse: Son of Rome and Killer Instinct for the XBO on their respective launch days but with Infamous being pushed back to 2014 I don't really have a reason to even buy the PS4 now.

In any case, what system are you planning on buying and what will your day one games be?

I have my xone preordered at target (since i get my discount) on day one i plan on getting Dead Rising 3, Lego Marvel, Assassins Creed 4, Skylanders Swap-Force, and maybe CoD Ghosts if it proves its not as terrible as the last few in the series -.- so far its lookin like it is

at some point I hope to get a WiiU and PS4. hopefully I can get my Wii U by Christmas, and get my PS4 sometime in the future once the price drops.

I'm planning on getting PS4 when the price goes down a bit. I'm willing to wait a year or so.
I'm planning to never get the 'Xbone', unless it reveals some outstanding exclusive sometime in the near future.

Ps4 because it doesn't have region lock.

As it stands, none of them. I just got a new PS3 this year, so I'm really not going to buy a console anytime soon. <.<

Wii U hopefully for Christmas, than Xbox One sometime in like, 2016?When the price drops A LOT, and I get a better value.

I have a Wii U, and my brother has the PS4 pre-ordered.

Getting a Wii U SWAP Force bundle. I can't take the Wii's graphics anymore.

Already have a Wii U, gonna be getting a Xbox One with Deadrising 3 and Swap Force

Picked mine up last night. Now I'm just debating on whether I keep it or capitalize on the holiday frenzy and sell it. The only PS4 specific game I was really looking forward to was Infamous: Second Son but it got pushed back to March 2014.

I already have my Wii U and 3DS. I'm going to get a Vita.

I might get a PS4 soon, if there are games coming out on me that interest me more because I love the console itself. I don't have any real plans to right now though since I already have so many consoles. I mainly just use my 3DS and PC.

not buying anymore consoles soon since mgsv ground zeroes and the phantom pain are also being released on the ps3 but i will probably get a ps4 anyway

I will get both, though.

I don't know if I'll get an Xbox One. Don't think I will.

That's all I need. B/

I've had my Wii U since launch, and that's all I'll need for the foreseeable future. It's my all-time favourite video game console, and it has more than enough great games to keep me satisfied (especially considering my luckily-not-too-vast backlog of Wii, 3DS and Steam games I've yet to complete).

That said, I will get a PS4 once there are enough games I want for it. inFAMOUS alone isn't enough to justify the purchase of such an expensive console, and the only other game shown so far that I'm interested in is Kingdom Hearts 3, which is probably a good 3 years away. Probably even longer, actually.

I've had my Wii U since launch also, and plan on getting PS4 around second quarter 2014 for Infamous: Second Son and some other games coming out in that window.

I'm getting the Zelda Wind Waker Wii U Bundle for Christmas.
