One thing I've found out is that Walmart exclusives, such as Molten Hotdog and the glow in the dark Megabloks set are here in Australia too. There was heaps of Molten Hotdogs at BigW last time I went. And as for Toys R Us, on our recent trip to Europe, I found every single legendary pack in random electronic shops, with Legendary Bouncer and the two Legendary triple packs a common sight.

Even in a Virgin Megastore in Dubai, I found at least 20 Granite Crushers!

The fact of the matter is that Skylanders just aren't that popular in all parts of the world and are not a priority purchase for children in countries where parents may have limited income. Special figures will sit on shelves collecting dust although they may seem impossible to find at your local shops where Skylanders are much more mainstream. I've personally seen Skylanders figures sold at airports in Central America and Europe where based on my observation, there is no interest from 99.99% of people transiting through the airport. That being said, those are ideal places to hunt for rare figures or missing variants from your collection.

Was in Dubai 2 weeks ago. Saw Legendary Bouncer in Hamley's Dubai Mall. I picked up series 1 Whamshell and Granite Crusher at Virgin Megastore Dubai Mall. Voodood was in Virgin store Burjuman Mall. Swap Force is slow to come to Asia though. Only free ranger, grim creeper, 3 pack with zoo lou, and 3 pack with slobber tooth. 3DS starter stilll unavailable. It was out on Oct 17 but didn't sell out. There wasn't even a pre-order phase unlike Disney Infinity. Activision's distributor here isn't so good.

Voodood isn't that rare, but the demand for him isn't that high either right now.

TRU appears to have unlimited supplies of "Legendary" figures. I don't even bother getting them when I am there as I don't consider them special in any way!
It's just a "Bought at TRU" badge for the figure really...

Wow, I guess the Legendary characters on my wish list are more common than I thought. I just happen to be living in the wrong part of the world for finding them!
