Any one else's skylander lossing his hat? [CLOSED]

Ok my Gnarly treerex has lost his hat 2 times already. I loaded him in to swap force no problem, hat and all. Then 2 days later after no problems his hat is gone (he does not have it on any more). So I put a new hat on him works fine for like 3 days or so, then the next day I put him back on the portal and his hat is gone again... He is not loosing any other data at all (level, money, quests, HC, every thing is fine) but his hat keeps disappearing. Not a big problem as I can just put it back on every time it disappears, just kind of odd. Any one else have this happen?

I think maybe I had this happen one time where I thought I put a hat on someone and it wasn't there the next time. but that was only once.
