I played the game for about two hours and it was working fine but when l was half way through a level the portal stopped working, it would still light up but it couldn't sense my figures l even put a light-core on to see it would atleast light up but nothing happened so now l can't play the game. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you tr yto solve the problem by quitting to Woodburrow, returning to Main Menu, rebooting the console?

having similar issue with new portal. Every once in awhile I'll get a message that the portal is unplugged. It lights up, lights up LC figures.

Simple unplug and replugg and it works. Hope this isn't foretelling of future issues with new portal.

Ever since I have started the new game, I have had no issues with the portal whatsoever. Maybe it is because I play on Wii U?

there was some bad contacts with the portals for the two other games to. it was an easy fix if you could use the solder iron. thankfully i have no problem with my swap force portal.

If you can, try testing it on a friend's console. We realize that's not always possible, so it might be best to just go ahead and get a replacement portal sent your way.

l've unplugged it, started a new game, rebooted etc doesn't work but l have 2 xbox's so l'll test it on the other one. thanks for your help everyone

l tried it in another xbox still doesn't work l also went to the site but l cant do anything because my country isnt listed
