ok when i play swapforce and use rattle shake every time it shows him but then says ur figure may be corrupted put recover the toy i mean really hes not broken or anything any idea why this happens same with wash bukler?

any ideas why mybe the portal idk my figure are good condition not damaged there good in shape.

There might be a defect with your portal or toy. Try other toys on the portal, test Rattle Shake with a different portal. If you reboot the game, does this still happens?

I had this problem with one of my figures also. All you have to do to fix it is just go to the management option in the menu and reset the character, and the corruption is cleared up. Unfortunately, you'll lose any of your experience and gold on that figure, but at least you can still use it in the game.

My son was having the same issue with his game, so I made a phone call to the Skylanders support line last night. Problem was solved instantly......move the portal away from all other electronics. The portal has magnets in it and the tv and other electronics mess with the magnet reader.
