i got my thumpback to speed 64 and critical hit 95 in giants. when i use him in swap force its speed 33 and critical hit 16. this have just made the variants with the hc in giants pointless. just buy the 8 giants and 8 giants newlanders, and you will be fine... if i only knew this instead of finding it out now, i would have not wasted my money on variants of specific hc. also hats dont transfer over if you put them on in giants. so now you know people.....
what i try to say, you dont need to buy the extra variants at all, because the hc dont transfer over. i bought all the speed hc(include the speed hc on the variants). because i though this would super speed up my slow thumbpack. but none of the extra hc upgrades i did shows up in swap force....
also i found out about the hats.... if you have a hat on your character in swap force. you must remove it so you dont have the hat on. when you are in giants put on the hat you like. it will show up in swap force, and give you the upgrade.

i find that strange because if i put on a hat with extra upgrade from giant, it will show the upgrade on the stat screen in swap force. the hc upgrade i did in giants dont show up at all.
