So obviously the damage numbers are different.
Some things are weaker while others are buffed drastically.
Armor is now DAMAGE REDUCTION?!
Critical is now simple additive % based.
With a new stat on hats called crit multiplier?!
Why have I not found a topic on this?!
The tiers will be drastically rearranged.
I also have heard variant decos no longer
Get minor increases to stats at all?
Edit: also note that the strategy guide claims
Crit and armor still work the same. Saying that the 100 or so
Crit stat equals the much lower(don't remember the formula)
Number in the actual % to crit. This has obviously changed.
As has armor unless I'm wildly mistaken.
