Does that say the coupon excludes starter packs, but shows a picture of the starter pack and pricing that shows the coupon being applied?

The coupon excludes the starter pack. You get this book mailed to you if you registered for their Baby registry or if you have a Red Card. They always mess up with the pictures for the coupons and they usually have something posted next to the ads in store with a correction by their customer service area.

It comes in your local paper, like it does every year. The coupons will be in the catalog

Kind of weird.....the only thing the coupon is good is for the Nitro 2-pack. Nothing else besides the starters is over $24.99

Triple, battle and adventure packs. Also might still work for the starter pack, click on the link and look at the top left corner.
