Platinum Treasure Chest question [CLOSED]

Mine is not registering in the collection screen. Is anyone else having the same issue

The game can't recognize it. You'll never get it onto your collection screen.

Does this mean it will never be complete or will a new platinum treasure chest be released

They could release a new platinum chest, but this is very unlikely. The reason the game can't detect it is that it doesn't come with a unique tag, so it is just a non-ingame recolor of the other chest.

A new one has to be released. It can't be fixed with a patch.

Well, despite this issue, I think it's nice to own a platinum treasure chest. It makes the original one look almost as worthless.

If they release a "fixed" one, I hope they allow some sort of trade-in system.

I mean, I'm sure I'll buy whatever release the "fixed" one comes in, and there's no way I'd trade in the "broken" one... but for those who aren't obsessive collectors, it'd be nice for them to have the option.
