How do I unlock the last 8 arenas for my last charms? Like Sheep Mage rage arena.

I'm guessing the sheep arena is tied to the second level pack that's unreleased.

there are alot more locked arenas than that one and I am still trying to figure out how to get into them as well, does someone with the guide have the answer how to unlock all the arenas

All the survival mode areas build off each other. You need to complete the first map in each of the four groups to open the second. then second for third and so on. To open the final eight Survival maps you need an Arkeyan Crossbow and Sheep Wreak Islands figure.
