So, haven't posted much here, this seems like the the right board, although I guess it could go in the toy section as this is specifically about the toy of Lightcore Flashwing...

Anyways, I don't buy many LCs. In fact, my only light-up characters from the second series were the Giants themselves and LC Jet Vac. But Flashwing is one of my favorites, so I decided to pick up her new pose. I have to say, I was really disappointed by the way she lights up. It seems really... cheap? Like, the Giants and Jet Vac have specific parts of their body that lights up and it looks really cool, but Flashwing looks like she's just sitting on a glowing egg. I thought maybe her wings would glow or something but it's not even close.

Anybody else drawn this conclusion? Or, to expand the topic, anybody else disappointed by any of the new re-poses compared to their originals?

Her wings should light up, so it could be a fault with your figure.

Really?? Dang it! Like I said mine only really glows on her lower back

Not the whole wing, just the lower part.

The Wings only glow at the very beginning on her back, not even the purple crystals glow!

Pretty pathetic, like many of the Lightcores. The only ones I really liked were Jet Vac, Prism Break, Grim Creeper, and Shroomboom. All the rest are either really weird or just plain disappointing, other than the upcoming ones like Wham-Shell.

Turn off all the lights, and then try her out. She's breathtaking in the dark.

^this. i have seen your photo on the info topic and i 100% agree. if only i wasent restricted; i would have bought waves 1-3 out of buisness. oh well. in the light=disapointing.
in the dark=impressive.

I was rather impressed with L.C. Smolder. I think she lights up in all the right places. L.C. Flashwing is a disappointment that they weren't able to figure out of to get the light in her wings.
