maybe that's the reason i dislike both of their looks

i think boom jet looks like a monkey type guy of some sort.

sprocket looks like some chick from the late 90's that thought L.F.O and the spice girls were going to be the next big thing.

I thought he looked like the same race as Flynn, assuming the helmet flattens his ears down. He has the same hands and you can see on his face, which is the same color as Flynn's, he has fur.

He could be a Mabu of some sort.

We don't know either of them. Several of Spy Rise's upgrades have "Spyder" in them, so that could be some sort of species, I guess. smilie

You're probably thinking of Freeze Blade, who was confirmed to be a cat.
