Is this the best hat in the game?

I didn't get this preorder card, but can it be used more than once after being used on one save file to other save files & after being used on 1 console, can it be used again on other consoles?

Is there another way to obtain the UFO Hat in the game?

Probably not, sorry. The hat's pretty cool, though.

The card can be used multiple times, just like a magic item.

Is there anyone out there on Ebay or whatever willing to sell that preorder card? Please provide a link with no disrespectful BS...

I can check some targets while on vacation. if i still see them out ill grap a few. All i'd want is postage etc to send them.

Note: not looking to sell anything just help others get these cards as they cost nothing at all.

They are discontinued sadly (got one just for unlocking the hat)

I'm thinking $10 each, since I literally checked ALL Target stores in my jurisdiction & only 1 out of all them had them. The others were ordered to return them, which make these UFO Hats now hard to obtain. I now have 16 left...

well i dont know if im a cool guy, and dont believe i deserve anything. but i do have more gems than you... so yeah. there.

My target still has them lying out for purchase, not sure if there lazy or they realize some people may still want them...

Target is in dereliction of duty as the card clearly states that it should be removed 7 days before release.

Okay, so I have one of these cards, but I don’t really want to keep a dumb card around for the rest of my life. What I’d like to do is put the chip from the card into some other toy. I was thinking of attaching it to a Firefly model (as in the TV show Firefly) or maybe a McDonalds Kaos figure.

Anyhow, does anyone know:
How big is the chip?
Where in the card is the chip?
If cutting into the cardboard how likely is it that I’ll destroy said chip?
Is it fused in there, or is it like an envelope (why you might cut it at the bottom and ‘pour’ the chip out)?

I cut mine out, it's round and in the lower middle of the card you can kinda feel/see it bulge from the card how ever you may destroy it cutting it out so be careful. Mine with the paper still over it is like the size of a quarter I was thinking of putting mine in something too since it's kinda weird having a paper disc in my collection...

Haseo, I don't suppose I could convince you to send me one of those cards for the PS3? Naturally I'd be willing to pay postage, and a small amount extra for your time if you want.

Selling things for a profit within the forum is not acceptable according to the rules and guidelines of this fine establishment. Am I right Mr. Matteomax? I was willing to pick these cards up for anybody who would send me a dollar and pay for the postage to ship it. I got the hammer of the law slammed down on me and I wasn't even making any money off of it!

(Although the comparison to a quarter is flawed, as I’ve never seen one. Brief side note: Why the heck does America keep making nickels and dimes when the manufacture process to create the coins costs more than the coins are actually worth? What’s with that? And who the hell uses 1c coins anyhow? But I digress.)
I have a spare S1 Spyro… I wonder if I could remove him from the base (which looks slightly UFOish anyhow) and replace the chip in that? Then Spyro could just sit about on my desk at work without the base.

We don't know, it's sort of in the same realm right now with the Platinum Chest.

Do hats transfer from sklanders like the first game. Would it be against the rules to share a backup of a character wearing the hat

I remember rumors saying that the UFO Hat could be found in the game (one of the end levels IIRC), for people that didn't pre-order/get the card.

It's not in the same realm as the Platinum Treasure Chest. Some stupid developer in Activision screwed up on programming it to be the Hidden Treasure instead of Platinum Treasure Chest...
