I finally got an email from toys r us, i was expecting it to be the free figure email i had not yet received..... nope it was the unexpected "your pre order is not ready for pick up" i only pre ordered in june.......way to go toys r us, always finding new ways to eff up and piss people off, so my pre order for swap force is not available,anyone else got the same email?

I have a thread about this below - call and double check. At my store, apparently, they just didn't get them checked in correctly.

I was told to expect my emails today. It is on a store to store basis though.

I got the same message but I'm not concerned. Target, Walmart and Gamestop all have theirs and the largest Skylanders retailer should be fine on Sunday.

thanks, i did call my store and they have loads in stock, so no problem, just bring in pre order receipt and your good, last year i pre ordered giants from them and it took a week to get to my house, needless to say i brought it from the store and returned the pre order. Again thanks for the quick replies, panic over......until Sunday!!!
