Upgrade Path Recommendations [CLOSED]

This is the place where you come to find which path is better for Swappers, new cores and returning. Anyone can recommend, not just me.
I will try to respond as quickly as possible. Also, as we go, I will make a list for which I think so the same one isn't requested twice.
I hope this can get a sticky because I made mine before Takadox.
