For those fellow Australians, Big-W has listed all the wave 1 pre-orders up on their website.

I hope EB Games will update their list soon. I place all my pre-orders there, and they still don't have things that we've known for weeks.

Also, wow how much did they bump the toys up to! Big W is generally cheapest, dread to see what others will cost.

Nice find, I had forgotten about Big W.

I was hoping to get the Dark pack from EB but it looks like they won't have Wii U version.

JB looks to have the cheapest at $79 including polar whirlwind, I think I'll order from there.

They also have the first 3DS pack for $29 with dark spyro if anyone is looking for it.

From experience with Big W they start with the recommended price and then drop prices on release date to be cheaper then everyone else.

As for eb games pre orders sometimes there head office isn't aware of what's coming and things only get added when someone tries to order in store and if you have good store they will contact head office to add the item, I have done this at my local eb who has a pretty good and honest manager.

Also nothing else has been confirmed in Australia as usual which usually happens 2 days before its released.

So how are you guys getting the starter pack? and what would you recommend?

Talking with EB, they don't believe they will be getting separate line items for the individual skylanders this time around, but rather will just receive boxes of skylanders with a 'first in best dressed' scenario. I'll be there with my two boys at 9:00am to get the lot if I can (and get them to price match to Big-W, which as said before will probably have a catalog out a few days before with lower prices). EB have always been good to me with price matching. At the moment the total for the lot is around $500

So it doesn't include the legendries from TRU, but as far as I can determine, this is all of wave one that will be available in Australia on the 16th .. am I missing something?

Does anyone know from previous experience whether TRU will put the legendries up for pre-order? (It's a long drive for me to any of their stores)

Last year TRU had Legendary Bouncer online as a pre order which was more hassle then going into the store to buy it, to make a long store short they took my money and deleted my order.

The adventure pack and battle pack can be pre ordered for $24 each at Kmart

BOOOO... I live right next to one which is why I love picking things up from them. My closest Big W is next to my TRU, they're both 40 minutes away
Well, my EB is really, really nice, so I guess I'll have to talk to them about holding some for me. I can't say I'm shocked, though, because there wasn't nearly enough stock here to fulfil pre-orders in Giants. >:/

I rarely buy from eb games if not for the exclusives, does anyone can help me confirm whether eb has a price match policy..? If it does then i can buy the swapforce wave one there instead of running arround to different stores...

They do price match but some will only match with shops in the same shopping centre.

Hmm so if for example there is no k mart in my area i cannt price match the pack in EB games...? What if i show the catalog...? Will they able to price match...? I almost never price match... Usually just go to the place selling the lowest price...

Give it a try, the worst they can say is no.

I'm not a big fan of EB Games and I try not to buy from them. That's me personally.

Is there a better deal than the JB Hi Fi deal ($79 + polar)?

for starter pack I'm going JB hifi

I've never had a problem with the Adelaide EB store matching price, including against Big-W, of which there is not one in the city. Though they can't price match the dark edition, as it's not available elsewhere! I think the double-packs are only for Nitro Magna Charge, of which we don't seem to be getting down-under.

Has anyone in Australia seen the Swap Force preorder cards in stores? I haven't, and I'm wondering where I can find one.

I have seen the Swap Force preorder cards in Big W. But they only state that Polar Whirlwind is a preorder bonus.
They don't appear to be like the ones in USA that can be put on the portal or something like that to unlock some bonus.
