What evil psychic is in charge of my local Wal-Marts.... [CLOSED]

Every time I see something I want at Wal-Mart, I don't have any money with me. I return another time with my money, the item is out of stock. This has happened at least ten times! I've ended up having to go to Target for my most recent purchases. Is this a coincidence, or, is there a psychic in the marketing buisiness out to get me?
