You have to be reported to be caught, and if you are banned you can just make a new account. There are many people on Facebook who are under thirteen, so I wouldn't worry.

My little sister has a facebook account. And she is not banned.

You do have to be older than 13 to join fb. And bravos right you do have to be found out first. But i wouldn't really recommend people under 13 using Facebook without parental permission and help for making sure no personal details get out.

i had a facebook account when i was nine and had it till this year until i deactivated it and made a new one sooooooo

My parents made it for me so I could speak to my family on the other side of the world and I mean it's not like I will get caught lots of people have facebook when they are under 13 plus i'll be 13 soon so it doesn't matter

Lol, like people actually care about the age limit on Facebook.

My country has a special social network wich is only is used here. It's not popular globaly but it's known everywhere here. You need 14 years to join, but I joined at 11, still, It had no reason why it should've been at 14.
