Yes, you can "swap" your original pre-order for the regular starter pack, to the
Dark edition, for Swap Force. But, it won't be free. You have to pay a minimum of
25$ to do it. And you'll still get LC Hex.

Ah I was wondering about this, thanks for the info. Putting extra down for the Dark edition doesn't bother me.

It's 25$. It was 20$ for me, because they said that my previous 5$ that
I put on the regular starter, carries over.

Also, to add, not sure if EVERY GameStop'll let you do this. But I know for sure
the one I went to, did. Doesn't hurt to ask, though

i made the good dicision to wait with pre ordering, you know, i can get visions , and told all my friends that i heard a voice saying "collectors"so i said, "DONT ORDER NOW , WAIT TILL WE HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL"i am smart enough to listen to illusions, smilie!
another friend of mine on the otther hand regrets that he didnt listen to mesmilie

I can confirm that it is $25 down, which doesn't bother me one bit (I already have it half paid off). I guess Gamestop didn't want people scalping the Pre-order slots.

i pre ordered from toys r us, then went to eb games and pre ordered the dark edition. so no extra fee for me
