Guide Book Release Date? [CLOSED]

Seems like somewhere when some info got release it said that the guid book would be out earlier than the game? Any idea if I'm just not remembering correctly or if it will in fact release early? It seemed far fecund but I could of sworn I saw something that said it would be out early...
