Hi all. Just a heads-up that starting tomorrow (Tuesday the 13th), I'll be posting galleries of hundreds of Skylanders figures, shot by a professional photographer. It's not every Skylander ever made, but it is every regular issue Skylander for both SSA and Giants, plus several alternates and several rares. I'm also offering high-res wallpapers of the most impressive shots, so I figured it would be of interest.

Awesome man! Love the reflective surface. I started a thread in the giants forum for some Skylanders shots I took recently. //forum.darkspyro.net/spyro/viewposts.php?topic=85626great to see I am not the only one turning pro camera gear onto these guys.

give the guy a break he will be posting hundreds of Skylanders figures pictures for us too look at.

Apologies...I will remove my URL from my sig, but it didn't make sense to talk about the event without actually linking to it.

That said, I am rather disheartened to see that the only reaction to my announcement that there were a ton of cool and downloadable Skylanders images was "your sig is against forum policy." We're on day 9, and today featured downloadable desktops of all eight Sidekicks. Are you guys downloading the goodies? This whole thing was created for Skylanders fans and I was kind of hoping the folks here would be the most interested in this content.

For the record there was nothing wrong with what OneOfSwords posted or had in his signature. You lot have very strange interpretations of the rules sometimes. ?_?

The photos are cool but I don't feel like putting them on my Desktop because of the watermark.

Fair enough. After seeing lots of websites appropriate my content and calling it their own, I felt the watermark was a fair tradeoff. I also made sure that the watermark was in the lower right, where it can be covered by icons fairly easily on both PC and Mac.

Glad people are digging the pix. Today was the big day for all the rares, and you can probably guess what tomorrow, the final day, will bring. smilie
