Dos Ninja Stealth Elf have her Ninja suit from the start or not until she buys her Wow Pow?

The new series 3 have new wow pows that replace the old one and is exlcusive to the s3 (I see this as away to fix some of the weak or over power wow pows) and to my knowledge the lost 8 and giants haven't really been announced outside of the leaked warnado lightcore which did not contain a wow pow. Whether this changes for SSF i dont know.

You'll probably be able to purchase it from the start, but the figure itself probably won't have it until you buy it.

I think it will be on her from the get go (the outfit)

I've checked the Spyro Wiki and the Skylands wiki, and I'm not seeing anything new. Am I missing something obvious here?

I saw that, but I didn't think that counted - it's clearly either fake, a hoax or discard that didn't turn out right. The head is deformed, the lipstick doesn't even match up with the mouth and it's in the old style.
I'm betting someone is trying to cash in on the SFF mania.

I'm still having a hard time believing that. It looks shockingly fake, and not even like a good fake.

Recall that these are probably prototypes, original run figures, not fully or properly painted yet. Blizzard Chill looks sweet!

As we said before, prototype, and besides why would you call this out on a fake when the seller clearly sold other Swap Force Skylanders that are impossible to recreate with normal Skylander toys, and some even with prototype aspects?

It looks like a legitimate figure that was rejected due to quality issues.

Too answer your question Haz in one of the e3 vids that introduced Ram horns spyro game play. In the vid the representative said that the large horns are apart of the wow pow and only appear when this upgrade is bought otherwise spyro looks like he normal does until then. So the same can most likely be said for stealth elf and the others as it seems the the first word relates to the wow pow. In addition the variants are Dark stealth elf and Volcanic Eruptor. I hope this helps
