Creepy Citadel HELP! [CLOSED]

I am stuck on the level "Creepy Citadel"! When I press the button at the beginning (guarded by a Bone-n-Arrow and 2 Spider Spawners), it lowers the stones so that I can finish the light beam puzzle. but when I try to press the button again, it doesn't work. I have tried using different Skylanders to activate the button, but it won't work. I have also tried switching off an on my Xbox 360, but neither seem to work for me. Please help! It is ruining my SSA experience.

It is mandatory to press the button to complete the level. It opens the door to continue...

I thought you had to press the button again, when you actually just had to move one of the puzzle crystals
