In a few videos I've seen, like the Rampant Ruins level and all, when the two announced LightCore figures (Grim Creeper from Undead and Star Strike from Magic) were put on the portal, they didn't display a LightCore blast or the damage numbers.
Can anyone confirm this and explain? Is this because it is still in development, or because they don't want to reveal too much? Maybe for another reason?

Hopefully it is still in development. Lightcores need their light bomb effects since they can't switch paths nor do they have a wow pow!

Yeah...LCs w/o Flashbomb = A disappointment that lights up.
Maybe: - S2s get to switch in the home world, like Giants. - But as an added bonus, S3s (who appear in Giants as S2 probably) can DISABLE some upgrades, so a fully upgraded Skylander can experiment with how much damage an upgrade improves. Of course, something like disabling Spyro's flight will also disable his Soul Gem and Wow Pow, and since you can't choose a path before upgrading the main four upgrades, disabling a basic upgrade will disable the upgrade path ones too. Just stating some ideas that were stuck in my head for a while... |

Please, please make LightCores vaguely worth while! I ordered LC Prism Break when the game first came out, before everyone knew, and was so disappointed...
Still, such is money-loving ways of the Beings of Avarice that dwell beneath the earth... er, Activision.

Maybe they'll program it so you hit a button, and it sets off.
