i have not experienced many zits.... . . i have really good skin

but yes i agree about sheets
there are usually never sheets on any of my beds

Acne is terrible, you should clean your face with acne wash daily and eat less greasy foods.

^ Wash your face with a clean towel and soap every morning, use acne wash, I recommend X-Out, It's $20 for a bottle, you can either dab it on your zits, as a face mask, or a wash. It feels bumpy, but it leaves a cool feeling behind. Also try not to moisturize your face that much.
