Here are mine

Sprocket: New tank is faster and got a new design.Also shoots bazooka missles which are stronger.

Chill: New armor gives her a better look.Hold attack 2 to combine all ice blocks into one huge ice bar which is understroyable and causes more damage.

Pop Fizz: Hold attack 3 to charge up an big bottle, press 1 to throw it and cause enormus damage or press 2 to drink it and transform into super beast form which makes you faster and gives you bigger claws which are stronger than his regular ones.

Hot Dog: Hold 1 to charge up a burning bone, release to shoot it.

Flashwing: While using the lighthouse attack press2 to make it spin 2 times faster.

Chop Chop: Hold1 to transform the shield into a sword. Now you can attack much faster and got some new combos. If you press2 Chop Chop will dash forward and stab everything infront of him. Hold1 to transform the sword into a shield.

Now it's your turn. I can't think one for the rest.

Hot dog: hold the ? Button the create up a burning bone and spin it at enemies like a boomerang

Warnado: Hurricane!:hold down the action button to release A huge tornado that fires out lightning and follows enemies
Ghost roaster: Soul Haunt!: While in Metalhead mode press the action button to Release a giant wave of darkness that turns all enemies into acquaintances

Camo: Rising sun: while preforming a melon fountain hold down the action button to charge up a enormus Sun filled blast that blasts your enemies and makes your melons explode with mini sun blasts that chain to your enemies
Voodood : Enchanted Belt : hold down the secondary attack button to form a large magic skull that comes from your belt and blasts your enemies with magic power that makes them slow and spews out magic tripwires
Boomer: The full package: When crushing the floor bombs and dynamite will emit from the hole in the ground
Wham-Shell: Tidal Wave!: While preforming a Posiden strike Press The secondary attack button To release a massive wave of water containing starfish
Dino rang: Supreme Boomerang hold the secondary attack button to control a big spinning boomerang

Warnado:Back to the beginning summon a huge elemental twister that does 80 damage to anything that it hits

Gill Grunt: Aquanaut!: Anchors will leave a trail of slimy sea sludge behind them if you are using the jetpack.
Trigger Happy: The Rocket of Science: Hold B to charge up a giant rocket that you can ride and detonate with B

Ima do some too, but I'm saying that Hot Dog is not coming back IMO, so I'm putting Sunburn in his place. Here we go.

Flashwing: Flashlight: Hold Primary and secondary attack buttons to light up Flashwings entire body to look like a flashlight; 35 damage per second of looking at enemy.

Chill: Frosty Armor: New armor allows less damage to get through to hurt Chill; 10% off the damage per attack.

Sunburn: Sunburned: Hold primary and secondary attack buttons to drop a ginormous sun from the sky to scorch your enemies; 150 damage.

Sprocket: Gearhead: While inside the tank, hold the primary and secondary attack buttons to shoot lasers and gears that do damage; lasers: 25 damage, gears: 15 damage.

Ghost Roaster: Creepy Ghoul: Hold all three attack buttons at once to unleash a giant ghost that hunts down your enemies and turn them to allies; allies do 30 damage.

Warnado: Hurricano: Hold primary and secondary attack buttons to throw a hurricane at your foes, that strikes lightning and tornadoes and SHARKNADOES ; lightning: 50 damage, tornadoes: 20 damage, SHARKNADOES (this is just a joke, it's a stupid movie where a tornado takes a bunch of sharks into it and terrorizes Los Angeles): 45 damage.

Camo: Fruit Salad: Hold primary and special attack buttons to throw apples, bananas, oranges, watermelons and cherries; 60 damage per fruit.

Guys, art isn't confirmation, just speculation.

I`m going to post my ideas.
For Eruptor : Lava River. Hold attack 3 to get Eruptor barf a lava river. Use the analog stick to change the direction.

Hot Dog : Fetch, Dog : Hold attack 3 to make Hot Dog get a fire bone. Press attack 1 for him to throw it and it explode when it lands, attack 2 use it like a boomerang, continue to hold attack 3 to make hot dog drop it and it explode their.

Trigger Happy: Cash you later: Hold attack 2 to make a rocket that Trigger Happy can ride in for 10 seconds and then explode, press attack 1 to make it explode early. (as for the name the rocket is gold and gold=$)

Pop Fizz : Humongous Potion: Hold attack 1 to make a humongous potion, let go of attack 1 to let it spill, press attack 2 to transform into a super beast, press attack 3 to make lots of pop fizz`s bottle minions.

Chop Chop: Two Sword Charge: Hold attack 1 and 2 to make chop chop charge with two swords in hand.

Sprocket: Build a Better Tank : Sprocket`s tank can now run over enemies, and will have better rockets. Hold attack 1 while in the tank to charge up a laser blast.

You don't know that for positive. Hot Dog is not really confirmed yet. Artwork is not confirmation you know. And I never said Sunburn was coming back, if you read my whole post, you would see that italics meant I was not sure if they are coming back.

Spyro: We all know what his wow pow is.

Terrafin: Wolverine: Press and hold primary attack button to unleash your most powerful claws yet; 50 damage.

Gill Grunt: Poison Water: Press and hold primary and secondary attack buttons to shoot out poisoned water from your trident gun; 30 damage per second.

Eruptor: Magma Barf: Hold all three attack buttons at once to throw lava blobs into your volcano filled lava barf; 75 damage per second.

Trigger Happy: Nuclear Bomb: Hold primary and secondary attack buttons to launch a nuke from the sky, then tap them again to blow it up; 250 damage.

Chop Chop: Duo Sword Block: Hold primary and secondary attack buttons to bring out a second sword and lose your shield, blocking with your swords and doubling sword damage; damage x2.

Sonic Boom: Super Boom: Hold primary and secondary attack buttons to charge up a super blast that kills all near enemies; 300 damage.
