I was hoping that Fright Rider would return. I don't have anything against Ghost Roaster though.

I do hope he gets reposed, too. He was hard to get in his Adventure Packs.

I'm new to the forums and this will be my first "official" post! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE a reposed Ghost Roaster! Only Skylander my kids & I are missing as well!

I’m actually surprised that there is no clear way to import from Japan yet… I kind of assumed that scalpers would have started importing them by now.

For sure all the way! Ghost Roaster has always been my favorite character in Spyro's adventure and always will be. I like this guy so much, he's almost my favorite character from the games as a whole even after seeing some epic characters for Swap Force. Bottom line he needs to make his return.

He and Boomer are the only Skylanders I don't have

I hope he gets a repose because he is my favorite undead skylander

We have the undead LC for SF
But Skylanders 4 could have a LC as well as a S2

i am glad i bought that ****er day one.... lesson learned, buy when you first see it dont skip it. if you dont have enough monay kick your mom in the legs so she buy it for you... then do the dishes, vacuum the house, lawn the grass or what ever to pay back later... because if you not get it at that day you may never see it again..

Well he always goes into topics with an attitude. And this time around he's basically using a fancy way of telling people "He's not gonna be in SSF, you idiots!" by telling people ways to obtain him, and personally it's kind of annoying seeing some of his posts at times.

All I'm doing is letting them know how to get one for much cheaper than EBay. Sorry if it upsets you, but it wasn't aimed at you.

I think Undead is hard because most of it's figures are great. Ironically, the only one I didn't want reposed is Chop-chop.

It does make me a bit sad that if I get what I want most (Fright Rider) we won't see GR - but I'm happy with whatever we get, honestly.

It's still a bit egotistical how you're doing it, though. Most of us would rather see Ghost Roaster in the game than Fright Rider (Or Hex or Cynder because apparently the whole 8 S3/8 S2 figures thing is just a myth despite the fact that no figure has been announced yet to dispute this theory). You're basically just trying to rain on people's parade, and it is really getting stupid seeing you do that constantly. Why not wait till AFTER Ghost Roaster is confirmed to not be in SF before doing this?

There would be nothing wrong with that either. It's his opinion. I don't agree with his opinion, but he was only stating his opinion. He was using his logic to back up his opinion, and if you don't like the way it seems like he is stating his OPINION. Then don't say anything.

I vote for ghost roaster over cyn and fright rider.

Because we don't know how long we can get Ghost Roaster from Japan for.
Because maybe people want him now, now whenever the next version comes out.
And even if there is a S2 GR, people might want the whole Darklight set anyhow.

I really hope they repose him as he is one of my fav skylanders. i play as him more regularly than most of my giants figures

I assumed that these people might like to know that there is a cheap(ish) way to get a Darklight Crypt set, with level-piece and power-ups. In fact, conversely, you saw a whole bunch of people saying they wanted to find him, you knew where to find him, and yet you refused to let them know. Seems a tad mean, doesn’t it?

Thinking about a Wow-pow for Ghost Roaster, I think I’d add it to his Ectoplasm Mode, since his Skull Charge already has plenty of support. I’d try and stick with the theme of spending health to do awesome stuff.

Name: Grim Reaper
Cost: 5000
Description: While in Ectoplasm Mode, hit the ‘X’ Button to use Ghost Roaster’s scythe to instantly dispatch any enemy (accept bosses) to the great hereafter – this hit is instant-kill and cannot be blocked. When used on bosses (or other players in VS mode) it does massive damage (about 300). Each time you do this, Ghost Roaster’s health drops by two thirds of its current amount.

The idea would be to eat ghosts, get your health up and then ‘spend’ that health to instant kill whatever baddie you wanted. Ideally used on those stupid shielding/blocking guys.
But because it costs a lot of health you can’t just spam it. (Although, I’d drop it by 50% of his current health, not total health… so if he has 300 health, using it will drop to 100 health and if he used it again he’d drop to 33 health. If he kept using it, it would drop 300 to 100, 100 to 33, 33 to 11, 11 to 3, 3 to 1. And then you can use it because activating Ectoplasm would kill you).

I’ve said before that I don’t think he’ll make it (he’s too creepy looking for the direction the franchise has taken) and I’d prefer Fright Rider (I like GR too, I just like FR more), but I’d love to see him go grim reaper.

Totally agree. Which is why it's odd that you keep trying to change the topic from Ghost Roaster (regardless of series), to... whatever it is you're whinging about.
Perhaps you could make your own thread and list out your imaginary grievances over there?
