Possible Lightcore Theory [CLOSED]

Most people know that each of the eight elements have an opposite element (Fire & Water, Life & Undead, Air & Earth, Magic & Tech)
In Giants, the Fire lightcore was Eruptor (an old character) while the water lightcore was Chill (a new character. The same pattern is present for all of the elements.
Magic & Tech: Pop Fizz & Drobot
Air & Earth: Jet-Vac & Prism Break
Life & Undead: Shroomboom & Hex

If Swap Force follows this pattern, since Star Strike and Grim Creeper are already announced, we can assume that the Tech lightcore and the Life lightcore are going to be old characters.

Again, this is only a theory.Tthey might decide to make all of the lightcores new characters this time around, but this is what I noticed.

Excellent observation. I hadn't noticed that either. Very likely... which means we could possibly get... I dunno, I'm really tired, can someone theorize the forgotten for me?

Though, if my calculations are correct, and Acti plays their cards right, the forgotten 8 returning would be the following:

3. Water Core (not Riptide)
4. Hot Dog

Flashwing would make a cool lightcore.

I've just noticed that Night Shift (Undead), Stink Bomb (Life), and Freeze Blade (Water) all have glowing lightcore style eyes. Wonder if they will have swap force light cores?

Probably not even possible but if you look at the swap force trailer it really looks like they have glowing eyes.
