It has rained nonstop here for the past week or so. I just mowed grass about 4 days ago and now I already had to mow again today. -.-

We had this big lightning storm. I was having panic attacks while my cat was lying next to me purring. (He's scared of loud noises! How does that make any sense that he's calm during a storm that has lightning shake the house?)

My parent's told me that cats purr when they are either happy or stressed.

Lightning doesn't shake the house. Thunder does. The vibrations from the loud clap rattle the house.
