I also think so. You know, everyone in game knows Spyro, and everyone just waits for him to come just to give him a quest. And Moneybags... He is everywhere, everytime, especially when NOBODY expects Moneybags (the Spanish Inquisition reference smilie)

When I first played the game, I thought the level NPCs were following me and I was like "How did you get here first?" That was before I realised there are more than one identical NPC in each level. smilie
