My Sprocket Randomly Stopped Working [CLOSED]

She was doing just fine, then the portal started flashing all the elemental powers... any one else's toy break mid-game? She was almost fully upgraded too. >.<

How do I get Activision to replace her?

I had this problem, I took the Skylander off the portal and replaced it and it worked as normal

It happened with my Thumpback... but the next morning he was working like nothing happened...

If it doesn't return to normal, someone on Reddit posted this as the process for replacements:

Click on 'warranty and returns'. You'll need to make an account if you don't already have one.

You will then need to add your game (Spyro's Adventure or Giants), and then enter your character. Some they require to be returned (I believe all Legendary dudes).


Apparently turnaround is pretty good. Although I'm pretty sure you'll lose any progress as its just a straight replacement, not a repair.

When i first got Giants, my brand new S1 Bash glitched it out, and later crusher did. Turning the portal on and off and taking the batteries out worked for me

My S1 Legendary Bash stopped working and I couldn't get it to work again. My nephew was playing it and took Bash off the portal and replaced with another Skylander and when he tried to put Bash on again it wouldn't work. I just ended up buying another one.

I put her on today and she does her opening, then it flashes "Toy Broken" then the portal spazzes out. Thanks for all your help guys!

Go to the "Settings" in the Main Menu, and choose General Options.

Go to "Fix Broken Toy", and VOILA!
