Are the servers down this morning or what? I kept getting booted and then got logged out. Now it wants me to start over. I had Lucky Boomer and Hoppity Pop Fizz. Plus, I'd purchased gems. I'm a lot less than impressed right now. How can this game STILL be so buggy?! My game SHOULD be backed up on the cloud. I don't see how it could be lost. Any help right new would be appreciated.

Does it still have you logged out of your account? I know if you log out from your activate account that the game just starts fresh, but then when you log back in, you're fine. Maybe try that?

It probably says it in small text under the 'Register using ACTIVATE' button...I think it says something like 'Already have an account...Login...'

It just keeps telling me it cannot connect to Activate... Are the servers maybe down? Or just the server my game is on? Or am I really just done?
Like, it's not even giving me the option to register a new account... Thanks.

It sounds like maybe the servers are just down. My game seems to be working fine, but if it's not connecting that would be why you cant seem to do anything with it.
This may be a stupid question but your device isnt it airplane mode, right? I would try back in a little bit. It sounds like youre just logged out, so I wouldnt panic just yet. |

Nah, I'm not in airplane mode. Everything else is working just fine. Lol, not a dumb question. :-P yeah, I'm going to put it down for a while. I've got stuff to go do.

Neither my iPhone nor iPad can connect to Activate. Must be the servers.

Same deal here. Can't connect to Activate, but all my other online functionality is fine. My game is still working, however, it's just offline.

So, I just turned my wifi off and now I cant connect either.

I'm back up and running. For now. Everything is restored. Was able to get logged back in just fine. Hopefully this is just a temporary, one time thing.

When my game loads at all I have error code 13.

Yes I had had the load error 7 problem for 4 days.
I have called and email support but no answer as yet. Its really annoying. I aint gonna start again. |

This is why I refuse to pay any money for this game. I had to restart it a couple of months ago myself.

Iv found the cloud saving a little spotting. Sometimes it either wont save to, or log in to retrieve feom activate.
