I just bought one month ago SSA and started to play about 2 week ago and after a while, my spyro's figure don't work anymore! When I put it on the portal, it appears a white screen with a spyro's figure. and on the spyro, there is a ?... I'm on PC version. WHO CAN HELP???

That has never happened to me , the worst that ever happened was I would put on a skylander and it wouldn't show up all that was there was pictures of the elments, but I fixed this in a while by taking off the skylander then puting it back on.

Yeah, you're figure is broken. You might be able to give Activision support a call to get a replacement - though I'm not sure if they still do replacements for S1 figures.

I did a replacement online of my S1 Spyro and they said (Give us 14 business days) and when I got to my returns menu, there is 5 cases. returns,game,product,status and Updated. And in status, it says *Open*... I think its a good thing...

if u know someone with the 3ds ssa you can fix it there....

I know someone with 3DS but he don't like skylanders... is there a patch on the Internet???

That's my beef---all versions have various problems, but they don't put out updates to fix them...like any other good software company...any reason why?

no, its the 3ds ssa that can fix them or send it in to activision for replacement...

the skylanders game is originally a nintendo game, and nintendo dont do updates so there will not be a skylanders update. that is how they think, and they didn't include the proper fix method from the 3ds in other version because they wanted to save production costs...

what break the figurines is a faulty save to the figure, so what you need is to clear the chip inside it or replace it with a working save...

there was hacker that did the 'skylander editor' some time back, this program could be made to reset and fix the broken skylanders on your pc... but it was never done properly and is very hard to use if you dont know how to... if you want to take a look at it just google for it.

Once I had the portal driver, I thought the editor worked great. Backed up all my skylanders, and was able to fix one that corrupted.

Ooooh, sounds like I want this editor, LOL! Would that be the driver from Spyro Universe?

yes it is but my editor NEVER worked but I found another way and it worked!
