is series 2 smilie off his base a true factory error because i found one and gave it to my cousin. the next is the series 1 smilie i got a year ago had a backwards card if memory serves. are these true factory errors?

Plz post pics of the Gilly one and the Whirlwind isn't a factory error, the first time the game came out, the cards were backwards.
