Why does everyone prefer this path over Brawler? I find the digging to not be much faster, the razorfin, though you can attack and be invincible, does pathetically low damage, and his combos are awesome on Brawler.

I prefer the Brawler path.

I actually like Sandhog more, since I like to bellyflop more. Even though you get the bellyflop combo on Brawler, I still like Sandhog.

Hmmmm, to me I prefer Sandhog, because even without the Spiked Knuckles he does respectable damage with punches, not to mention I prefer not to rely on counters that trigger when you take damage.
Finally, I'm honestly not a combo kind of player, call me lazy or whatever.

Brawler is a pretty awesome path

i love sandhog.
well sandhog makes him super fast when burrowing. a good idea would be to damage the enemy with your fin, then bellyflop and lastly punch, i'll try it tommorw.

It's because of PVP. In PVP, Terrafin's role is basically to bellyflop/Wow Pow burrow/bellyflop, regardless of path. Sandhog can clip foes with his fin and fire homing sharks underground (an amazing and underrated ability), while Brawler has no way of adding extra damage between bellyflops. Brawler has nice combos, but you're not going to be using those against the real heavy hitters, because that means staying above ground.

i like brawler path, the uppercut combo is just too good, especially in nightmare mode, allows for a quick melee attack and then use the uppercut to dash away from your opponent.

sand hog is great and combos are basicly wasted on my wii half the time thaey don't work!

sandhog kills enemies faster! its so cool
