Why is LC Shroomboom's art different in the game? [CLOSED]

On the box, his art shows him charging his slingshot.

Although in the game, it shows him firing the slingshot.

Why is this?

its a circle u can't see the full thing but he still shows shooting his slingshot while normal one hes pulling it
