You know the evil sorsses. When she falls in the lava she turns good and helps spyro.
Remeber in spyro 2 season of flame she is there and in shadow legacy.

Bianca starts helping Spyro once she discovers Sorceress's plans, i.e. before fighting Scorch. Without Bianca, you couldn't even fight with Sorceress

Bianca is amazing! smilie (hence the avatar)

What Wojowu said. In the cutscene A Monster To End All Monsters, the Sorceress says she's gonna kill the baby dragons. Bianca then says, "You're terrible! I can't believe I ever listened to you!" and storms off. That's when she's turned sides.

Bianca doesn't fall in the lava...?
