We know SSA characters do not unlock heroic challenges in Giants...how about the opposite?

Does S2 Reposed Characters Open heroic challenges in SSA?

They do.

Which I wish I'd known before spending so much on S2. S1 are $5 and S2 are $15 here in Oz.
