Glitch I found involving Slambam [CLOSED]

To get this glitch you go on a bounce pad. While in the air do that attack and you'll fall to the floor stuck in this position.

I'm not sure. My brother was the one that made the glitch happen.
It's whatever attack makes that block of ice come up.
