Tell me who you think the most overrated giant is. I say Ninjini. She's the only one I don't like but yet everyone raves about her even though she's not out yet.

Well and I like them but I think they are overrated and I guess is as well

I bet pretty much everyone will say Eye Brawl, Thumpback, or Ninjini. I'll be shocked if someone says one of the other five are overrated (especially Swarm and Tree Rex).

Well what about allot of people like him

No one raves about him the way people do with the genie, whale, and eyeball and headless giant.

eye brawl and thumpback. I find them both slow, i completely upgraded eye brawl and unless im missing some thing he has no speedy upgrade. Same with thumpback

Thumpback has the bellyslide to move faster although controlling the direction on it can be problematic.
Eye Brawl can move pretty quick & cover a lot of ground while detached, but since he always snaps back to the body, it doesn't really get yo moving any faster. Both require all the speed heroic challenges they can get to really be able to keep up with other characters

Hot Head! Eye Brawl and Thumpback are rated pretty highly, but they actually perform close to those high expectations in-game. Hot Head is only as good as Bouncer, in my book, and is still treated like one of the upper-tier Giants anyway.

I love hot Head, he is loads of fun to play and can do good damage up close, but he really lacks a good long range attack. My wife beat me 10-0 in a Tree Rex vs. Hot Head battle using Tree's photosynthesis canon, which travels half the screen and takes out HH before he even gets close enough to lob oil to light up.

Thumpback, I like him but he's too overrated.

Why are Tree Rex, Bouncer, Crusher, Swarm, and Hot Head so unpopular, but Ninjini is so popular?

Ninjini is pretty overrated. she steals the spotlight from the better giants AKA: Crusher, and bouncer.

Yeah but Thumpback's Anchor attack strikes WAY too slow and the AoE is hard to aim, his bellyslide is almost impossible to land and it does not go anywhere on inclines.

Thumpback is hardly any better than Tree Rex or Bouncer (dunno about Hot HEad thougj)

I think is the most overrated! I think that and ard good and attack-wise are so-so.

It doesn't seem to me that Ninjini is overrated, really. Okay, it's certainly true that people are talking about her with great desire, passionately wanting to get her, but the gameplay I've seen she's actually quite effective. It's natural as they keep not releasing her, it's like they're dangling her in front of us like a carrot in front of a donkey to make him go. She's the only Giant not truly out yet, so it's natural for demand to be high. Okay. But she appears effective, so "overrated" doesn't seem like a fair label.

To me, I've wanted her ever since I saw the cutscene after Time Of The Giants, she seemed so cool (a genie with katanas is quite the interesting concept, LOL!). A lot of what makes her seem cool is confirmed fact, so I don't need to own her for her to continue seeming cool. All that's left is how she plays, and again, what I've seen shows her to be effective.

As for who IS overrated... I feel like Swarm or Crusher. Swarm is too hands on, only his punches/punch combos are at all effective clearing out enemies. His swarm form is too passive, and the barbs he shoots while flying aren't damaging enough, and I find it hard to aim him well, he prefers strafing over turning. As for Crusher, he's Slow personified. Slow clunky walking, slow swinging of his hammer... Even his rubble form rolls slow.

^ SERIOUSLY? Swarm is nowhere near popular. Crusher is more than Swarm but not really.

Swarm is in my opinion the worst giant. Probably the least popular too. Ninjini seems cool but I wouldn't say overrated just yet.

for those that are saying thumpback, I think some of you haven't had chance to play him with his upgrades yet. If anything, he is OP. My favorite now, when talking about movesets. His combo path is amazing. I haven't messed with Ninjini yet.

I think Bouncer is the most overrated. His play style is not anything new that we haven't seen in other skylanders and he's not the much fun to play in my opinion.

Nijini and hot head are pretty overrated giants. Crusher is very underrated, people say he's the worst but actually he is the best.

Eye-Brawl by far. It isn't all that stunning to play, and while it's got a cool personality, I'm overall quite disappointed in such a late-release character. At least Thumpback was sort of fun.
Don't understand why people say Ninjini is overrated. I see a bit of love for her, but more hate for her.
Despite being more common in marketing, Bouncer and Tree Rex are very underrated. Rarely, anyone talks about their gameplay. At least Crusher and Hot Head appear in discussion from time to time. I'd say Swarm is MOST underrated, though. It upsets me that nobody ever talks about the awesomeness that is the oversized wasp prince.

I'd probably have to say Ninjini. Eye Brawl and Thumpback are much higher rated but they actually live up to their strandards. Ninjini isn't even out yet except for the Toy Fair. Ninjini's powers also kind look as weak as dog poop.

Swarm would have been great as a regular air skylander, but he's fairly weak as a giant. I mean really, a slow lumbering wasp lacking the ability to toggle flight? whose genius idea was that? I spend the summers in a place where we regular have to remove wasp nests from our patio, tool shed and the wood shed, and I can tell you with certainty that wasps are not slow, lumbering and they can fly quite well for a long long time...

it is bit sad and it is even sadder if they funking don't know how wasps are in real life... but i guess they nerfed swarm in the fear of he is getting to op. to be honest i was looking forward to getting swarm the first time i heard about him because we all know how wasps are. it would be one heck of a character but sadly we ended up with crap...

it's been two years since we removed 3 nests from the tool shed, and I still hesitate before going in there.

The plus side is individually they are easily killed by putting out jars of sugar water that they will get stuck in.

Why does everyone hate Crusher? He's awesome and not popular as several people are saying on here.

No, Swarm and Tree Rex are the fastest. She's not any faster than Bouncer who has the same speed, and Tree Rex and Swarm could Charge/Fly right past both of them.

In my book, my maxed out Ninjini having 104 speed beats my maxed out Tree Rex and Swarm at 64, I'd rather had that than depending on a move/attack for speed:

Still, she is technically not the fastest Giant, Bouncer is as equally fast and the other dudes have dash attacks (except Eye-Brawl, the slowest one) that can put themselves way ahead of her, especially the King of....... the Sting..............................................

Fair point, I do like her stats compared to Tree Rex and Swarm. Not only is she faster, her Critical and Armor are better.
