I really hop for ssf there will be online multiplayer like for xbox live and playstation network it would make a big differencer in gameplay

There's no online co-op - local play only. No word on online battle mode and/or downloadable content yet.

i have been told it is a games for 3 years old, so no online is ever gonna happen because online gaming is to dangerous for them.

I disagree with the age, but yes. TFB will never make it happen unless maybe Infinity uses it against them.

based off what ive seen its unlikely to see online battle mode, they have said its most popular with children and online doesnt suit that age group (im 26 and i want it >.<) they do recognize there is a large older group of players (saw in an interview them recognizing it) so hopefully it will come, and to be fair...the children that play it...now 3 years on...will be getting ever closer to their teenage years...further pushing for online options.

and yet activision would make more money cause online cop op is very popular

i would expect for a game like this online battle modes would be more popular then online co-op...but maybe thats just me...id love an online battle mode with a ladder built into it..power up your fav skylander and battle to the top of the ladder

Online battle mode ladders could have special hat rewards for win streaks, high rankings and tournament wins. This would add so much replay value and keep fans engaged until the next game.

absolutely, and as they already have offline battle mode only an online element needs to be added (no new levels/areas/abilities) so it wouldnt take a large amount of resources to put it into play

but considering it would be a larger feature of the game..i would expect it to be announced sooner rather then later...fingers are crossed, but i have a sinking feeling that it wont happen in this upcoming game.

i know what you mean but lets hope its in skylanders 4
