Ok so I was playing spyro 1 the other day and in the level high caves, there are these tornado wizards, they have a tornado around them and they shoot tornados as well, sorta like Warnado's concept.... coincidence, yeah probably...

Well even though the Spyro series was originally developed by Insomniac Games and Universal Interactive Studios / Vivendi Universal Games in the beginning, Activision owns the franchise now so I think it's fine for them to steal ideas from games that they own the rights to. I mean Cynder was a playable character in the recent title, "The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon", so you can't say that Activision completely stole the character since it's their game, right? And I'm sure a handful of other Skylanders and characters / villains have come from previous Spyro titles as well. I wouldn't know since I haven't played all the Spyro games (not yet at least).
