So yeah, I found a way of skipping good ol' Moneybags in Spooky Swamp. When you get to the door, turn right and go over the bridge. Then turn left and you'll see the other side-seperated by the pirahna-infested lake. Make sure Sparx is in good health then jump in. Keep flying over the lake until you get to the island, and there we go! I'm not playing it right now so I'll edit this tomorrow when I can play it

She did good thing. Personally I knew about that (I showed that in my LP (autopromotion )) and this is very useful if you are saving money for Bentley or someone else

my first playthrough I just darted past him and realized later o in the level I missed some stuff and went back and leu and behold I skipped past the bear without even noticing him.

Yeah, I already know that...

I've played several games and discovered bypass glitches with them.

Hey, when chasing Moneybags, does he give you the amount of gems you were supposed to pay? Isn't the gem count then going over by 300?

When you chase him, he should give you exactly same amount of gems as you've paid him through whole game. Only thing you get extra is egg. At lest it should be like that, it's possible that there is some glitch with it

If you guys want Moneybags bypassing down to an art, some guy called Justafriendsa is doing a Let's Play (& Break) of Spyro 3 right now. He's managed to glitch every Moneybags payment bar one thus far.
