IMAX isn't High-Def. Its theaters that play 3D movies with the 3D glasses. Anyway 'Journey to the Centre of the earth 3D' isn't just played in 3D.

The Dark Night, Jouney To The Centre Of The Earth, apparently Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. There's no need to worry. Anyway, when its on DVD the'll release it in normal rather than 3D.

Actualy Shreck 3D was realesed in original aswell as 3D for DVD

Chances are, they will have optional non-3D showings.

Besides, I could care less for how things look, I want BIG sound! Yeah, movie theater system!! Thunderous film score + epic action = Awesome!

Why aren't they improving sound recordings these days? That's like over half of the experience of watching a movie/playing a game...
