I just got a lightcore drobot from bestbuy and not only is the lack of lightcore effect terrible, but i feel his light is pretty dull, definetly not as bright as eruptor or prism break. Can anybody tell me if lightcore drobots are suppose to be not as bright as the others? I would LOVE to see pics of your lightcore drobot glowing on the portal if you can! Thank guys!

(Sometimes I feel like i'm being too paranoid over this but I just want to make sure i'm getting the best quality possible for the money i'm spending.)

^ sorry to hear that but i'm relieved that it is not only mine, i've seen some on youtube as well that were pretty dull but i wanted to confirm it with you guys on darkspyro.

honestly i just feel like... they bring out another version of the Dull looking Lightcores down the road...

Like i feel like certain figures should had alot more stuff glowing and such and maybe it be improved in future to make all the spots that look like it should glow to glow...

Example: "Hot Head"'s both hands + head and Swarm + both blades/wings

You guys just need to consider how hard it probably was to make the LightCores as is.
I can see them fitting in those fixes on Hot Head and making Swarm's other stinger glow.
HOWEVER- does it honestly look like they could have fit the wires and lights in Drobot's head or Swarm and Flashwing's wings?
All that aside. I think LightCore Drobot looks great. Regardless, this is new Tech within the franchise. I'm sure as we get more sequels, the effects and available resources for the lights will improve as long as LightCore stays, which it beyond probably will.

I agree. I was dissappointed when I read how dull and sad LC Drobot looks. Luckily, I didnt buy him on day one. I am going to wait to get series 2 Drobot when he comes out since his pose looks better imo. Plus I will get his wowpow, etc with series 2. Any idea when he will be released?

Drobot is my fav skylander and one of the strongest which is why I am getting the series 2 version of him and not the LC. Would have loved the LC, but it is just poorly done... and since I think his pose in series 2 is better, I will be getting that one....

IMO the worst LightCore is Eruptor. Plain stance, plain lights, plain Eruptor.

I like how he looks, but the Lightcore effect is disappointing, that's for sure.
