I have a glitch and I need help NOW! [CLOSED]

I posted this before but never got around to fixing it, and now I can't progress because I started a new game and the glitch still happens. Basically I try to go into Cadaverous Crypt and it sends me to Empire of Ice. Any Ideas how I can fix this?

I have PC too, but I can't find where the save file is to back it up. Help??

They're not listed under the right names though..
EDIT: Kay, I think I found the saves...
I backed em up and now I'll reinstall. Hope this works!
