It was probably just a prototype.
IMO though everything in that video turned out better than it did in the actual game.

Maybe the fire bases just look like they're lit due to the bright light from the window behind them shinning through the lucid bases because even Ignitor's sword and head appear illuminated (it would be pretty hard for them to light up the sword due to the very thin plastic in that area)? It's still hard to tell so I'm not sure.
